RAF August Wellness Clinic
The Rainier Animal Fund (RAF) August Wellness Clinic will provide free physical examinations, vaccines, microchips and other, select basic services to the underserved pet-owner community in Rainier Valley. Pets needing more advanced medical care will be referred to partner hospitals for potential care and services or an upcoming RAF In-Service Clinic. Services made possible by RAF dedicated volunteers and donors.

Rules
- RAF services to be provided to the first 50 pets registered online
- RAF services only open to Washington state residents 18 years of age or older with a valid photo ID.
- Pets showing signs of respiratory illness will not be serviced. However, recommendations will be made for them to schedule an appointment with their family veterinarian or referred to a RAF partner hospital ASAP. RAF team may also refer to sister hospital Rainier Veterinary Hospital, depending on availability.
- Only two (2) pets per household are allowed at the RAF vaccine clinic. Handling of animals must be self-sufficient by a competent adult greater than 18 years of age.
- ALL dogs MUST be on a leash no longer than six feet long or in a carrier. Retractable leashes are not allowed.
- ALL cats MUST be in a carrier.
- Pets may be deemed medically ineligible for certain vaccinations, products, or services by veterinarian, to be determined with cursory exam.
- If your pet requires a muzzle during vaccinations or around other animals, you must bring your own. Muzzles are not available at the clinic.
- You MUST be able to handle your pet around other animals.
- Please bring previous pet records if applicable.
