City of Bothell is partnering the Rainier Animal Fund for a FREE pet vaccine, microchip and pet fair!
A primary program of the Rainier Animal Fund (RAF) is our “In-Service” surgical and advanced care clinics for low-income and qualifying families and their pets. These clinics are made possible through our community partnerships and the generosity of our donors.
